Floor Plans

Floor plans are nicely laid out; we opted for The Derby, a 2-BR, 1-BA unit on the top floor. It's got 1003 square feet and includes a generously sized living room with a vaulted ceiling, separate dining room, gas fireplace with mantle, full-size washer and dryer, and a deck with a large adjoining storage closet (plenty of room to fit two tall shelving units).

I lived here for a long time- 5 years. I loved it! My apartment had big, beautiful trees behind it- I loved waking up and enjoying my cup of coffee on my deck every morning. Squirrels would come visit me for treats :) The inside was nice too- vaulted ceilings and lots of big windows! Love the office staff, and maintenance was always really nice. Def a good place to be! Always felt safe.

Hi my new husband and I toured the place on Tuesday, with Alex. Alex was wonderful and did everything right as far as I was concerned. The Park did not have anymore of the apts we wanted. 2 days later one came available and he contacted us. We also received a warm letter from Sonia. Overall I am very impressed and hope we have the opportunity to actually live there. I feel the management has an exceptional team working there and should be proud at the level of customer service that they provided

The Park at Mill Plain is a treasure. Quiet, serenely beautiful, and yet convenient to any and all restaurants and shopping you like. A dog friendly community as well. The property is very well maintained and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The apartments are well designed and have a spacious look and feel.
